Today we’re announcing a West End run of Bill’s current live show, Larks In Transit.
Bill will delight comedy fans when he takes up residence once again at London’s Wyndham’s Theatre in the heart of the West End, having last performed there during a sell out run of his show Dandelion Mind back in 2010.
Larks In Transit will be at Wyndham’s Theatre from Monday 3 December 2018 to Saturday 5 January 2019, tickets for which go on general sale 10.00am Thursday 26 April 2018 but here is a priority on-sale link for you to have a head start right now.
Larks In Transit is a compendium of travellers’ tales and the general shenanigans of twenty years as a travelling comedian. With musical virtuosity, surreal tangents and trademark intelligence, Bill tackles politics, philosophy and the pursuit of happiness. Plus, he fashions a symphony from a ringtone, tells the real story of Old MacDonald and re-imagines the Stars and Stripes. Two decades of touring larks from a comic described by The Telegraph as “the brainiest comic of his generation.”
Bill may have reached the end of the land with his Larks In Transit show, but it’s only the beginning of the tour so you’ve plenty of chance to catch him as he zig-zags the country in 2018.
Bill is set to bring a dusting of festive spirit to the capital for five nights this December with his live show ‘CHRISTMAS LARKS!’ A very special preview of his forthcoming tour show ‘Larks In Transit’, ‘CHRISTMAS LARKS!’ will feature everything you’d expect from a Bill Bailey live show, with an added festive twist.

Hello everyone. In July this year, I’ll be walking 100 miles across England for Stand Up To Cancer. I’m aiming to get the word out to more people this time so I’ve got the SU2C team on board here’s the details for donating. To all those of you who generously donated last time, a huge thanks. I’m hoping to get an even bigger target this year. I also hope to highlight the brilliant work done by SU2C. And I’ll be posting photos and videos along the way to let you know how I’m getting on. Thanks and maybe I’ll see you on the trail.
Have you ever visited a museum and wondered what the story is behind that unicorn horn or this elephant’s foot? Now is your chance to discover amazing untruths about the most intriguing artefacts. Exploring a quirky cornucopia of stuff, this exhibition draws on the comedy-writing talents of Hull’s youngsters, joined by one of Britain’s best-loved comedians Bill Bailey.
“I have really enjoyed discovering these amazing museum collections in Hull, and in particular the hilarious work by my learned young friends. I hope people will visit and marvel at the extraordinary, gasp in astonishment at the unusual, and perhaps be strangely moved by the wonders of the natural world.” – BB

I’m delighted to announce that, this autumn, I will be able to share with you my love of birds, in my new book Bill Bailey’s Remarkable Guide to British Birds. It’s a personal recollection of memorable bird encounters over the years, with notes and drawings by my own hand. I’ve written about some of my favourites, from eagles to wrens, to ducks and divers, what they get up to, how they fly, everything that makes them unique and fascinating. The book’s out on 20th October, but you can pre-order it now.
